History

The management of DBK Praha, a.s. came up with an idea to construct an office building called DBK (Dum bytove kultury – Building of the housing standards) on the grounds of Antala Staška street between 1997 and 1998.

After conduct of the feasibility study the project was sold to Skanska company, which constructed the building according to the project of LOXIA between 2003 and 2005.

The property was successfully rented to prestigious clients. You can find there a popular restaurant Antal, one of the first ones to offer draught Pilsner beer from tanks.

In 2006 the building was sold by ING International Real Estate Fund. ING kept this investment until August 2009, when it finally sold the property to its original owners, DBK Praha, a.s.
