1.8. Welcome COMS
Earlier then planned, the space for COMS was finished and therefore the company could move in to one of the higher levels of the building.
15.7. Building fills-up quickly
Two new contract were signed recently for total of 1600 m2. Companies PPD and Media Factory plan to move to their new premises end of September.
27.6. Anect and Shell settled
Two new tenants start their operation in Budejovicka alej.
20. 6. 2005 First tenant in operation
The first tenant moved in over this weekend and started his regular operation in Budìjovická alej. Other tenants plan their move in next two weeks. In the meantime we have started the fit-out works for Noritsu, a company that currently signed the lease for 290 sq m on the ground floor.
15.6. Party Successful
Excellent food including sushi, generous bar, entertaining video section, life mixed chill-out music a lot of fun and beautiful views. That was our party, visited by 250 people (tenants, suppliers, business partners). Experience the nice atmosphere at few picures in the Gallery...
